Whether you’re new to UT this Fall or Summer, or just new to UT Cycling, we welcome every to learn more about us!  More info about the team, how to join, benefits, etc, can be found on our about page.  If these don’t answer your questions, or you’d like more information, feel free to contact us!  Also, if you plan to be in Austin over the Summer, let us know and we can probably get you set up to ride with some current team members.

Finally, we’ll be having an information table during the first week of class, as well as information session.  More information will be available about these as they approach.

UT Cycling raced to an 11th place finish in the Women’s National TTT event, and the Men weren’t far behind with a 12th-ranked finish!

Congratulations to both teams, and keep up the great work!

UT continued it’s string of successful Spring racing season this past weekend at our home race. The team not only took 1st in the Men’s A Crit, the Men’s A TT, and the Men’s B TT, but had an extremely strong showing, including no fewer than 13 other podiums on the weekend! The team raced great, and continues to look strong heading into the last two collegiate races of the season.

A special thanks go out to all of our sponsors, especially Bicycle Sport Shop and all of the many volunteers who helped make this weekend a great success.

UT Cycling will hold our next club meeting on Wednesday, April 2nd at 8:00PM in CPE 2.214. We’ll be talking about our race and many other important topics.

St. Ed’s and UT Cycling will be combining forces to host the 2008 UT/St. Ed’s Race weekend on the weekend of April 5th-6th. More info can be found in the flier here. See you there!

Texas Cycling will be meeting for the next time on February 20th! The meeting will be held in room CPE 2.214 at 8:00PM.

The spring semester starts up soon, and the Texas Cycling team is already hard at work at training camp, getting ready for the spring 2008 racing season!

If you are interested in joining Texas Cycling, but haven’t had a chance yet, our first meeting of the semester will be 2008-01-28 at 8:00PM in CPE 2.214! We’ll recap training camp, and talk about the first race of the season at the Tour of New Braunfels! Make sure to be there!

Thanks to all Texas Cycling members for another great semester! Please remember, your kit sizing must be turned in by this Thursday! Also, if you would like to continue receiving the training plans, your dues must first be payed! Contact an officer to get these in ASAP! Finally, if you plan on attending training camp, you need to sign-up and pay by the end of the week.
